Finish the research stage documentation pass:

  • README.md — research stage section: what it does, the research: config section (piloop-config.yaml), SearXNG env vars (SEARXNG_URL, SEARXNG_API_KEY), the mid-run merge invariant waiver, and the protected-repo caveat (research.enabled: false).
  • Verify DESIGN.md / AGENTS.md / IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN.md / docs/adr/014-research-stage.md are consistent with the implemented behavior (these were drafted ahead of implementation; reconcile any drift).
