Fixer Agent E2E Tests

Create gated E2E tests for fixer behavior.

New Files

  • test/e2e/fixer-agent.test.ts — gated E2E test for fixer behavior

Test Scenarios

  1. Stage throws GitError → fixer runs → stage succeeds on retry
  2. Stage throws GitError → fixer runs 3 times → all fail → error.json written
  3. Resume after fixer failure → stage retries → fixer runs again

Gated by

  • PILOOP_E2E=1

Acceptance Criteria

  • Test 1: fixer recovery succeeds on retry
  • Test 2: 3 attempts exhausted → error.json with correct kind/attempts
  • Test 3: resume after fixer failure works correctly
  • All tests gated by PILOOP_E2E=1
