Closes #5

Move typebox from peerDependencies to dependencies in the root manifest (and regenerate package-lock.json). It's a runtime import of postgres, pr-comments, grillme, and forgejo; declaring it only as a peer relied on npm 7+ peer auto-install. @earendil-works/pi-coding-agent and @earendil-works/pi-tui remain peers (provided by the pi runtime).
