What & why: Tightens the frontmatter description of the commit-changes skill so it reads more concisely while keeping the same meaning. No behavioral change to the workflow itself.

Files changed:

  • skills/commit-changes/SKILL.md (modified) — rewrote the description frontmatter field to a shorter wording (removed redundant phrasing, same coverage of the workflow: inspect/confirm → issue-driven vs. date-driven naming → commit/push → PR → ask-to-merge).

Closes #61
