Furnish this repo so it is consistent with the team workflow.

Labels created/verified (canonical palette):

feature (#5319e7) — new functionality or capability
bug (#d73a4a) — something isn't working
documentation (#0075ca) — improvements or additions to documentation
enhancement (#a2eeef) — new feature or request (improvements to existing functionality)
chore (#808080) — maintenance tasks, dependencies, and tooling

AGENTS.md: adds the ## Workflow Conventions section (labels, issue-driven branch/commit/PR naming for feature/bug/enhancement, date-driven naming for documentation/chore, and the PR squash-merge + human-merge-decision convention).
