Closes #1 — adds the Workflow Conventions section to AGENTS.md (labels, issue-driven branch/commit/PR naming for feature/bug/enhancement, date-driven naming for documentation/chore, and the PR squash-merge + human-merge-decision convention).

The five canonical labels (feature, bug, documentation, enhancement, chore) are already created directly on the repo.
